Lifetime Warranty

• All GoBag Products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product

• If there is a material breach caused by a defective GoBag, GoBag will replace the “Bag” plus up to 200 dollars of the bag’s contents under certain criteria

• This warranty does not cover improper use of the bag. This includes the following but is not limited to: the placing of sharp items in the bag, non rinsing of the bag between uses, overloading the bag with multiple items, the use of items obviously not meant for it’s use, use above 140 Fahrenheit (60 Centigrade)

• GoBag can go up to the depth of 100 feet. Before submerging, check the manufacturer’s suggested use and recommendations to ensure electronic devices or hardware can take the water pressure at the intended depth

• The magnets in the magnetic closure do not interfere with consumer electronics (cell phones, tablets, music players, cameras), memory cards, credit cards, money cards, and hard drives. Do Not Place the magnets in close proximity to a traditional compass, Pacemaker, or other sensitive medical devices

• Avoid sand, dirt, and other foreign objects

• After use in salt water, rinse your GoBag with fresh water

• Cleaning with chemicals will degrade plastics

• After a long period of non-use, it is recommended to test product with tissue by holding underwater for a few minutes

• In order to receive full refund:
    - Customer must call before returning to obtain a Return Reference Number
    - Customer must inform GoBag where product was purchased
    - Original GoBag must be returned to factory and fail upon testing
